The Adrenalin is friLingue's newest camp location. A classic hostel that will need some renovations over the next few years with an incredible view, huge terraces and a cosy bar/restaurant with a billiards table and a DJ set. 

In total, we can host up to 90 people in single and double rooms and in several dorms.


About Braunwald

Braunwald is is a car-free resort village and is situated in the Glarus Alps on a terrace above the Linth valley, at an elevation of 1,256 meters (4,121 ft). 

From Zurich airport, it takes 1 h 25 min by car.

 It is overlooked by the mountains of Ortstock (2,717 m or 8,914 ft), Höch Turm (2,666 m or 8,747 ft), Eggstock (2,455 m or 8,054 ft) and Bös Fulen (2,802 m or 9,193 ft).

Access to the village is via the Braunwald funicular from the village of Linthal in the valley below. There is no street access to Braunwald. The funicular links Braunwald with Linthal Braunwaldbahn station, where over 750 parking spaces are provided. The station provides a convenient interchange with the mainline railway and is served by the hourly Zürich S-Bahn service S25 from Zurich.
Taxis are available for transport within the village. Gondola lifts and chair lifts link the village to Grotzenbüel, Kleiner Gumen, Seblengrat and Bächital, principally for winter sports activities but in some cases operating in summer as well.
